Our house specialty, the famous Champagne Truffles, is a delicate blend of fresh cream, butter and chocolate with a champagne cream center surrounded by a dark chocolate ganache, enrobed in milk chocolate and dusted with confectioners sugar. The Champagne Truffles are originally created by my father Adolf Teuscher, Sr. in 1947.

More than 90 years ago, my father, Adolf Teuscher Sr., began a path that would make him one of the world's greatest chocolatiers. My father, Adolf Teuscher Sr., searched the world for the best cocoa, marzipan, fruits, nuts and other ingredients and skillfully processed them into his now famous traditional recipes.
