90 years ago, my father Mr. Adolf Teuscher senior began his first creations, which over the years have made him one of the world's most famous and highly decorated confectioners.

My father, Adolf Teuscher senior, searched for the best types of cocoa, marzipan, fruit, nuts and many other valuable and high-quality ingredients for his recipes. After years of experimentation and careful matching of ingredients, the recipes he created came about.

My father worked according to this method for decades. Now, as Madeleine Rubio-Teuscher, his daughter, I will continue this method and continue to use only the best and freshest ingredients. With confiserie Madeleine, we are continuing my father's tradition.
