Ninety years ago, my father, Mr. Adolf Teuscher senior, began with the first creations that, over the years, have made him one of the world's most famous and highly decorated confectioners.

My father, Adolf Teuscher Sr., searched for the finest cocoa beans, marzipan, fruits, nuts, and many other valuable, high-quality ingredients for his recipes. After years of experimentation and careful matching of ingredients, the recipes he created were developed.

For decades, my father worked according to this method. Now, as Madeleine Rubio-Teuscher, his daughter, I will continue this method and use only the finest and freshest ingredients. With Confiserie Madeleine, we carry on my father's tradition.
