The specialty of our house, Confiserie Madeleine - by Madeleine Rubio-Teuscher, is the champagne truffle, which my father invented in 1947. A true delicacy. Made from fresh cream, butter, and chocolate. French champagne rounds off this wonderful taste experience.
Over 90 years ago, an extraordinary family story began with my father in the Teuscher dynasty – driven by passion and the ambition to create chocolate of the highest standard. To this day, we at Confiserie Madeleine by Madeleine Rubio-Teuscher continue to follow our passion for the exceptional.
Using carefully selected ingredients such as varieties of cocoa, marzipan, fruits, nuts, and the finest couvertures, we create distinctive chocolate delicacies. Today, with my own name "Madeleine," I am continuing the legacy of the Teuscher dynasty in the 2nd and 3rd generation as Confiserie Madeleine.
