The specialty of our house, Confiserie Madeleine, is the Champagne Truffle, which my father invented. A true delicacy. Made from fresh cream, butter, and chocolate. The French champagne completes this wonderful taste experience. Dark Champagne Truffles are even more intense than the original made from milk chocolate, as they are less sweet.
Over 90 years ago, an extraordinary family story in the Teuscher dynasty began with my father – driven by passion and the ambition to create chocolate of the highest level. To this day, we at Confiserie Madeleine by Madeleine Rubio-Teuscher follow our passion for the exceptional.
From carefully selected ingredients such as cocoa varieties, marzipan, fruits, nuts, and the finest couvertures, unmistakable chocolate creations are born. Today, with my own name "Madeleine" as Confiserie Madeleine, I am continuing the Teuscher dynasty in the 2nd and 3rd generation.
